Tardiness

If your are running 15 minutes or less late to your apt please call ahead. If your arrived beyond 20mins late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely.

Cancellations

Your appointments are very important to Andrea Hair and Lash. They are reserved especially for you.  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Andrea Hair and Lash is appointment based and requires a No-Show Protection Deposit. The deposit will be for the "starting" price of the service you have selected to book. Note that the deposit is the base price for each service and Andrea Hair and Lash has the right to adjust price based on service time, product and the end result goal. If rescheduled or canceled before 24 hours of service you may use the deposit as a credit toward rescheduled appointment (MUST BE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF INITIAL RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENT). If canceled after the 24 hour period the No-Show Protection Deposit will be consumed by Andrea Hair and Lash.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

Please No Children

As much as we love children, we ask that you please arrange child care the date of your hair appointment. There is to many liabilities in the salon to count and it is much safer to keep the kids at home. Plus, its far more enjoyable for fellow customers.
